This set contains everything you need to build a complete acoustic cabin of 100x100x200cm.
The cabin is of PVC tubular construction, connected by PVC couplings.Thanks to this, you can assemble it in 10 to 15 minutes and, if necessary, you can just as quickly disassemble it and put it away in a corner or take it with you wherever you need to go. The longest pipes in the package are only 96 cm long and are again connected to the longer ones with PVC couplings.

Construction

The frame set for the PVC VocalBooth (acoustic cabin) is of tubular construction and is connected by various types of couplings.  Tubes Ø 32mm and couplers are made of very strong plastic but compared to the DIY Vocal Booth PREMIUM this version is slightly lighter, significantly less strong and stable.

Acoustic blankets included

Dear customers, the blankets are included in the package, so you do not have to search for them on our website and think if you have put the right type in your cart and if there are enough blankets.
This is the SB-VG model in two pieces.

Tailor-made roof

In the package you will also find a great fitting roof that fits exactly on the cab frame. Once fitted, you will achieve perfect acoustics inside the cab.

Soundproofing vs. Sound absorption

The structure fitted with the recommended blankets absorbs sound.
This creates the ideal acoustic conditions inside the vocal booth for your recording.
That doesn't mean you wouldn't be heard, the sound blankets absorb a lot of sound, but they are not "soundproof", so some of your voice or music instrument will be heard outside od sound booth.

Improve acoustics when recording with a microphone

You can have better acoustics or a clearer recording. Use the complete acoustic booth to record vocals, dubbing, audio books, beat-boxing or rap. You can equally use it to record guitar combos or musical instruments such as strings, brass and drums.

Assembly

The PVC Vocal Booth can be assembled simply by sliding the individual parts into each other and can be just as quickly disconnected, hidden or packed away for travel. Nothing has to be screwed.

Strength and gluing

The frame itself is stable enough and holds together very well without help. You can significantly improve the strength of the frame if you glue the individual tubes and couplings together using glue (not included). Keep in mind, however, that if you glue the whole frame together, it will lose its mobility.

NOTE: You can glue only the top and bottom parts together, which will keep the vertical tubes separable, thus improving strength and maintaining mobility.

Sticky tape included

We add carpet tape to the package. It will help you reinforce the structure and you don't have to use glue. It is strong and holds very well. The advantage of the carpet tape is that you can disassemble and reassemble the Vocal Booth whenever you want and the tape holds up great to multiple uses.
