The door soundproofing attaches to the door using the 10cm wide Velcro, which is included with the soundproofing panel. Alternatively, for an additional charge, you can have four 12mm metal grommets added in the product configurator (see photo below).

The material's NRC rate is more then 1,0 at mid frequencies (above 400Hz) and high frequencies (above 5KHz) and at 250Hz is NRC 0,8 at 200Hz - 0,6 at 160Hz - 0,5 at 125Hz - 0,3 and at 100Hz is NRC 0,15  - Detailed information is available in the graph below or in this article - overall NRC rate is NRC: 1,00
The panel not only has soundproofing properties, but also significantly improves acoustics (room reverberation) in your room due to two layers of acoustic filling with weighing 2600g per 1m2.
Custom manufacturing precisely tailored to the size of your doors and handle placement.
Fast delivery – production and dispatch within two working days of ordering.
The panel can be moved freely to other doors of the same size.

The 12mm grommet mounting is just an additional option for you.

Internal fillings (double layer):

detail_vyrez_dekySound insulation for door use our VB2GO deNoise material in double layer wich has large NRC ratio 1.0 and thanks to this material, the door soundproofing panel also has excellent acoustic properties, reducing reverberation in the room. This means not only increased quietness in the room, but also less sound reflection, making activities like staying in the room, having conversations, playing music, recording, etc., much more enjoyable.

Precise custom manufacturing:

Sound_insulation_for_door_17Each door soundproofing panel is custom-made, simply select your door dimensions and handle placement in the configurator above, and within two working days, we'll manufacture and dispatch the panel to you.

Door size measurement:

Sound_insulation_for_door_33

To ensure that the door soundproofing is custom-made to fit precisely, it is necessary that you accurately measure your door and enter the measured values into the configurator above. We need to know the exact width of the door (B) and the height of the door (A).

We will then subtract 1 cm from the bottom to prevent the panel from dragging on the floor. Therefore, the soundproofing panel will be made according to the dimensions you provide minus 1 cm from the height of the panel. (We reserve the right to produce the panel with a size tolerance of +/- 1 cm). Please note that the soundproofing panel on the bottom of the door will end slightly higher than your door to ensure that the panel does not scrape the floor. We aim to have the soundproofing panel hang approximately 0.5 to 1 cm above the bottom of your door to avoid it dragging on the ground.

Handle hole measurement:

Sound_insulation_for_door_16_cutTo accurately position the hole for your handle, you need to place two measurements into the configurator above. Measure the distance from the bottom edge of the door (C) to the exact center of your handle and also measure the second dimension from the edge of the door to the exact center of your handle (D). It's better to refer to the images or video where we instruct on how to measure these dimensions precisely.

Technical Parameters:

Color: Depending on the chosen variant (black including black stitching or white with white stitching).
Weight per 1m2: 2600g
Dimensions: According to your selection in the product calculator above.
Sound Absorption Coefficient: NRC 1.0 (Noise Reduction Coefficient) - absorbs 100% of incoming sound (frequencies above 400 Hz) - it's the result of a laboratory test following specific rules.

You can check complete laboratory test certificate here.

Note on the white colour: Expect that you may find some color imperfections on the white side, such as very fine and almost invisible blue or pink stripes. The white fabric is not flawless because door covers are designed for efficiency at a low cost, not for appearance. The black color is always perfect without flaws.
